STATEMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
Clacton FEAR is committed to ensuring that every visit is as safe and enjoyable as possible for all guests. However, due to the immersive and intense nature of the event, some attractions may be physically demanding and may not be suitable for visitors with additional needs or certain health conditions.
For this reason, we reserve the right to refuse admission to any attraction or experience if we believe there may be a risk to the safety of an individual or others, whether during normal operation or in the event of an emergency procedure. Any such decisions are made with the safety and wellbeing of all guests and team members as the highest priority.
We ask all visitors to respect and understand these decisions, as they are in place to help ensure a safe environment for everyone attending Clacton FEAR.
Any provision of discounts, alternative access, or additional assistance is offered at the discretion of Clacton Pier and may vary depending on operational and safety requirements.
