TICKET POLICY
All persons entering Clacton FEAR must hold a valid pass. Passes are only sold by Clacton Pier or authorised sellers. Any tickets resold or transferred for value will be void.
All passes are non transferable, non refundable and not for resale. Refunds or exchanges will only be offered at the discretion of Clacton Pier. Where tickets are purchased for a group, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with these terms.
Tickets must be kept with guests at all times and shown on request by staff.
Clacton FEAR is recommended for ages 12 and over due to the nature of the event. Anyone under 12 must be accompanied throughout by a full paying adult aged 18 or over.
We aim to operate all advertised attractions, however we reserve the right to change, close or alter parts of the event at any time without notice. This may be due to operational reasons, weather, capacity, special events, or safety requirements. In some cases, the whole event or parts of it may be closed or restricted.
Where a full closure is necessary, we may offer tickets for an alternative date at our discretion.
CANCELLATIONS
We are not liable for cancellations or postponements caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, government action, fire, or civil unrest.
If the event is postponed, tickets will be transferred to a rescheduled date within the same or following season.
Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.
